JNJ Cleaning Service LLC provides residential, deep, move in/out, post-construction, and office cleaning services. Service availability may vary by location. We reserve the right to refuse services if conditions are unsafe or outside our scope.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Clients must schedule appointments in advance. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.

4. Payments

All payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, or other approved digital payments. Late payments may result in additional fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing safe and unobstructed access to the property

Securing pets or valuables prior to the cleaning

Informing us of any special instructions, hazardous areas, or delicate items

6. Damage and Liability

While we take great care, JNJ Cleaning Service LLC is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage

Items not disclosed as fragile

Damage due to improper installation or wear-and-tear

Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim for 100% satisfaction. If you're not happy with any aspect of our work, please notify us within 24 hours so we can return and re-clean the affected area at no additional cost.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate services due to:

Unsafe working conditions

Repeated cancellations or non-payment

Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
